How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping within Australia for orders over $150. For orders less than $150, standard shipping is $9 and express is $15.
For our international friends, there is a flat rate standard shipping cost of $24 AUD or if you'd like it in your hot little hands faster, express shipping is $30 AUD.
Each parcel is carefully wrapped and sent with love.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from the Gold Coast, QLD, 4218 via Australia Post. They reach most parts of Australia within 1-3 working days.
*COVID-19 update: some customers may experience a 3-4 day delay in Australia depending on the lockdown restrictions in your area. For international orders, postage is taking up to 30 days. We thank you for your patience.
Our returns policy
You can return the item(s) purchased via our online boutique for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your original order provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase
- The item has not been worn or damaged
- The original tags are still attached
- The item is not a sale item
- The item is not jewellery
- Personalised items do not qualify for a refund or store credit
You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return. The postage cost when returning item(s) will be determined by weight and address and calculated by Australia post. This amount will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Please ensure when returning any item that it is packed securely with tracking. In the unlikely event the item(s) that have been returned to us do not meet the above conditions, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.
We want to ensure every customer is happy, please refer to our size guide of each style if you are unsure on what size to purchase.
For sale items:
You can exchange the item (s) for a different size or a credit note within 14 days of purchase.

- We will respond to you with the return address so you can post the item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive your item(s) and checked they meet the conditions listed above, we’ll process your refund (excluding our shipping costs for Australian customers).
