Stick to your usual morning routine
When you wake up, do what you usually do! As much as all the other blogs tell you, now is not the time to try and implement a new yoga routine if you’ve never done one before. Keep your morning routine as normal as possible to keep your nerves at bay.
Lay everything out the night before
By prepping everything ahead of time, you’ll be able to sleep a lot better! Find a spare table and lay out everything you’ll need - from your getting ready loungewear to your accessories and shoes.
Delegate tasks
Avoid trying to do it all! Delegate tasks prior to your wedding day so everyone knows their role on the day. Your bridal party will be more than happy to help out with any job, big or small, to make sure the day runs smoothly and stress-free.
Keep a bottle of water and some snacks with you
We recommend this one for every day of the year, not just your wedding day. While getting ready, always have a water bottle and some snacks nearby. Ask one of your bridesmaids to keep you fed throughout the reception as well as it’s so easy to get caught up in conversation with loved ones that you forget to eat or drink!
Enjoy the moment!
The day goes FAST. INCREDIBLY FAST. Step away with your partner during your reception and take the time to look at the room with all your loved ones in it and soak it up. It’s absolutely beautiful!
